​Our first mission, is by far the most important and that is to create and offer suitable, affordable homes for a variety of individuals and families. ​We know how important it is to have somewhere to call home that feels comfortable and secure, and that's why we're determined to bring these to the market in two ways.

The first way, is letting our refurbished properties, and the second way is by selling our properties that we have already refurbished. This will give you peace of mind knowing that your new investment is safe and sound. The properties on offer from Whelan Property will be ready for their new owners to enjoy and cherish. Ready for many years of memories to be made.
Sustainable Goals
Our second mission is to purchase properties in need of love. This can be any kind of property, in any condition, in any location. We have a variety of purchase options and solutions to suit both parties. The fundamental reason for this being important, is because there is a great housing shortage across the U.K. Councils and Government believe building new houses is the only way forward.

We don't agree with this fully. There are many unused and unloved properties, currently sat empty that could be transformed into your next beautiful home. By doing this, we have a quicker turnaround in properties, and we reduce the carbon footprint massively. We are equally as passionate about the sustainability and protection of our environment, as our fellow humans. This has a win - win approach to property that is benefitting the environment as much as it is the new owners of their properties purchased from Whelan Property Ltd.​
Giving Back

The third mission is to help our fellow investors. This is our way of giving back to the property investment world. Whelan Property Ltd will work with investors wo are willing to fund the properties we transform. We do this by offering outstanding ROI (Return of Investment).

We start from a minimum investment of £10,000 up to £1m. Interest rates and repayment terms are negotiable, but will by far exceed the current & future expected rates from all banks in the land. Whelan Property also invests into other property investment companies, to ensure all businesses can provide the overall end goal: Sustainable, Safe houses for all.

We are determined to abolish the tragic circumstances such as homelessness, and provide solutions to all. Whelan Property is a company that gives back to the people who need it most. Our company is built with integrity at it's core.
